	xx The Base xx This was once a military base long long ago, before the military was moved into more accommodating places. It is fairly comfortable, though unkempt, it is heated well enough and has some running water. There are only large rooms with cots in them. Some have curtains around them for privacy, and communal washrooms. The leaders sleep in the captains quarters, however this is not as clean cut as you may think. 	xx The Bazar xx The Bazar is a cheap, affordable and yet unreliable, cut throat market place where anyone can buy almost anything within the legal limits. This is a popular place for the Gifted to shop because the shop owners only care about money, not race. The reason everything is so cheap is that more people will go there, therefore, more money. 	xx Friv’s xx Known only by the name of the doctor, Friv's is the only free range doctors office in the Capitol City. This doctor, Friv, believes in helping all creatures. Not only those with two legs or with no powers or higher stature. He will cure anyone, and almost anything. He isn't very popular with the normal folk in the Capitol (even some of the impoverished) because of his philosophy. But he doesn't care. If you have an ailment all you need for payment is a little favor in return. Nothing much, usually just around the house work because he can't really do it himself. 	xx The Woods xx This is the bottom worst part of town, and it goes on for miles. More than three quarters of the Capitol is covered by this derelict, dead, diseased, crime ridden hellhole. Only the toughest survive here. Many of those who live there are under supreme oppression. This is the dark habitat of the Jurors, a rebel, counter-Haven tribe of the Gifted. They secretly run this side of the city, patrolling the streets and playing God with its citizens. 	xx Devils Palm xx Devils Palm was once a beautiful park. Now it is a dark place filled with dark memories. Many people have been murdered, raped and even tortured here, being held on that thin line between life and death for as long as months. It is said to be haunted by the tortured souls who perished here, but many people are forced to set up camp atop of their graves, or themselves face extinction. 	xx Clear Water Lake xx This lake is the only pure thing left in the city. It cherished by all, especially those who live in the slums. It is protected as an important means of survival, seeing as the lake provides fresh water and eve some edible, catch-able, aquatic life.
