	xx The Docks xx The Docks look over the Bringers Sea, a dark, raging water mass that covers most of the planet. It is where all of the fishing boats and commercial vessels dock. Farther into the Docks is a sheer cliff face with treacherous jagged rocks called the Devils Teeth. 	xx Tse Cemetery xx Tse Cemetery is an old, creepy place that was once a wonderful, majestic burial site. Now it is just decrepit, dangerous and unkempt. The cemetery's gravestones are cracked and mossy, overrun by weeds or vandals. The spiked iron gates that once lined the cemetery are now rusted and the gate entrance hangs off of one hinge. The rest of the cemetery is overrun by Garry Oaks, which are draped in a special kind of moss called 'Old Man's Beard.' 	xx The Meeting Place xx Here is where the four clans meet when a dire emergency presents itself. Other times only the clan leaders, their seconds and some chosen members meet every second week of every month, usually on a weekend because for one; traffic is way better. 	xx The Line xx The Line is a rag tag group of old, sea side homes made from wood and the sweat of the pioneers. These were once heritege sites. They now barely stand, used as homes by homeless or people intentionally being kept in poverty. 	xx The Pub xx Simply known as The Pub, this is one of the most recognized, black market hot spot in the whole Capitol. Sailors from all over go here to collect contraband items, such as booze. The government knows and the only reason the Pub is allowed to continue is because it gives fifty percent of its daily revenue to the government. The owner is a woman with only one eye, named Norma. She and her husband, a short stout man named Jim, run the pub. They do not tolerate bar fights, nor do they tolerate being cheated.
