This is where the people of haven can rest their tired heads. These are nice homes, with electricity created and running water. There are televisions, but no one uses them because of the dirty, depressing, slander that comes from the Capitol. These are like any nice home, but are condos and apartments mostly. There are some real homes for the seniors to live in when they become too old, and there are a few from way, way back.
