Simply known as The Pub, this is one of the most recognized, black market hot spot in the whole Capitol. Sailors from all over go here to collect contraband items, such as booze. The government knows and the only reason the Pub is allowed to continue is because it gives fifty percent of its daily revenue to the government. The owner is a woman with only one eye, named Norma. She and her husband, a short stout man named Jim, run the pub. They do not tolerate bar fights, nor do they tolerate being cheated. They have no qualms in killing a dishonest man, and they have before.
