xx The Housing xx This is where the people of haven can rest their tired heads. These are nice homes, with electricity created and running water. There are televisions, but no one uses them because of the dirty, depressing, slander that comes from the Capitol. These are like any nice home, but are condos and apartments mostly. xx Town Central xx Town Central is the center of the town. It is lined in beautiful, healthy trees, gardens, benches and lit by soft lamps in the night. xx Haven xx Haven is a rather small town, or a large village. There are enough houses to house way more people than Haven actually has, though the homes are all kept clean and ready in case there are newcomers. xx The Caves xx This is a place that people don't usually go into. It is dangerous in the sense that it is easy to get lost in. Any juvenile caught exploring these caves faces great consequences. xx Entry xx The Entry is the only point of entry on the whole island that is easily accessible. The island itself is surrounded at the edges by shear cliff faces. The entryway is a huge tunnel that a forever raging river had carved and formed a delta at the mouth. Here fishing boats and other crafts can float safely in. The Haven Residents have built a strong iron gate that spans the mouth of the cave and can close in a matter of seconds. xx Training Grounds xx The Training Grounds are a reserve of natural grounds-- forests, cliffs and fields-- that are used to train the young to use their powers for defense. They are also trained in stealth, in skillful combat using solid weapons and in teamwork. There is also a school house to teach skills like language, arithmetic, literature and specialties (the arts). There are general teachers for the first five years of training, and then when the young ones get to be sixteen they get private mentors.
