xx Training Grounds xx

The Training Grounds are a reserve of natural grounds-- forests, cliffs and fields-- that are used to train the young to use their powers for defense. They are also trained in stealth, in skillful combat using solid weapons and in teamwork. There is also a school house to teach skills like language, arithmetic, literature and specialties (the arts). There are general teachers for the first five years of training, and then when the young ones get to be sixteen they get private mentors. It is a big ceremonious thing st Haven.
